Smith and this site provides information on my research, projects, and various resources. 

I just completed my dissertation at Yale University in the Ecology and Evolutionary Biology Dept. and am now a postdoc at NESCent and my projects include:

  • phylogenetics and biogeography of honeysuckles
  • biogeographic methods
  • niche modeling
  • molecular evolution
  • large-scale phylogenetic reconstruction automation
  • computational methods related to evolutionary biology

I program in C, C++, and Java and those software projects and algorithms are presented here.
