Phlawd

PHLAWD (pronounced flawd) allows for the creation of large (mega) phylogenies using NCBI databases. The code has been developed extensively over the last couple years.

You can find more information on PHLAWD.net. The source code is available at github. There is some legacy information on the website hosted by google code.
